
In June of 2007 she graduated from the Living Faith Ministry Training Center. She is a two time winner of the NATS singing competition. She was recently featured as the guest artist to represent the Washington Opera at the Kennedy Center's season opening. She has had solo appearances at the U.S. Capitol, The Lincoln Memorial and The Sylvan Theatre in Washington D.C.
She traveled to Japan with the Washington Opera and to Frankfurt Germany to sing on a USO tour for the United States Armed Forces. She was guest soloist at the Montefiore Hospital of New York fundraiser in Greenwich Connecticut and the Leukemia Foundation fundraising Gala in Washington D.C.. She performed a fundraising concert for St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Westlake Ohio and will perform a benefit concert in Nokesville Va. in September to honor local firefighters. She will sing the National Anthem at the Washington Redskins Game on October 21st. On October 6th and 7th 2007 she will premier and release her first CD "Giubileo", a CD of original songs that she composed. She is a teaching artist for the Washington National Opera and represents them in the Northern Virginia region. Angela is giving back to the community by giving private piano and voice lessons to young artists. Most recently Miss Knight's original song, "Le Jardin", which she both composed and performed, was chosen amoung thousands of entries to represent 17 major airlines in a Star Alliance celebration. She will travel to Beijing in December to perform her winning arrangement at a high profile, prestigious show which will be attended by dignitaries, delegates, government officials and airline CEOs, this event will receive worldwide press.
